What does Athion do?

Athion is the engineering system of record for your manufacturing site. It brings your drawings, documents and plant data together so your engineers can find root causes, optimize the process and stop re-keying work between systems.

Who uses Athion?

Process, automation and validation engineers, the operations and maintenance teams who run the plant, and the integrators who work with them.

Does it work with our control system?

Reconciling documents doesn't depend on your control system at all. For plant data, Historian collects through a read-only OPC client (UA, DA or A&E), or from the historian you already keep.

Does Athion connect to our plant network?

Not for document work. For plant data, your OT team places a read-only collector inside your network, and nothing writes back to the control system. Read about security at Athion.

How do we know the AI isn't making things up?

Athion AI answers from your drawings and plant history, and every answer shows the drawing and the query it came from, so your engineers can check it.

Can Athion compare our PLC or DCS logic and HMI against the drawings?

Not today. Athion compares drawings and documents with each other, and Change detection reads your control system backups to show what changed in the field. Comparing logic and HMI against the design is next.

How much does it cost?

Individual seats are $200 per seat per month. A team license is $500 per seat per month, for three or more seats, in a shared environment with shared projects and libraries. Site licenses are quoted per site. See pricing.
